[A day in Canada]

I cleaned up all the little paint containers that are used for Open Air
I was brought to full aware once my hands were stained and color was everywhere...
...the cOlOrS.....
they remind us of some many different things...
the rainbow...the sunset...the falls leaves...
our world is full of color, color is part of our life.
But when we put this certain scheme of colors together, it reminds us of our life, our destiny, our purpose.
YELLOW... God, Heaven, Pure...(romans 3:10-12)
BLACK... sin, we are full of sin, and we can't get away from it.
God is Holy and can not stand sin... (romans 3:23)
RED... but even with our sin problem, God loved us so much (john 3:16) that He sent His one and ONLY BEGOTTEN Son to this awful ugly world, to pay our sin debt on the cross by dying. But not staying dead, the Son, JESUS CHRIST, rose from the dead and lives triumphant over sin, death and the grave.
GREEN...growing in Christ Jesus, getting to know Him better and better everyday, reading the Holy Bible.
It's like when you become come friends with a stranger, you kinda want to get to know-- what's the best way to get to know them?
Hang out with them.
God has written His love story for your life in the Bible...

Three Questions...
one) Who are you living for> you or God?
two) Where are you going when you die> heaven? hell?
three) What is your purpose in life> To glorify God.

 Someday the road will end...
...are you living as if it will end today...

Day__?? (passing before my very eyes...)

It has already been one week exactly today...
as I look back, I remember when I step onto the Canadian ground to begin my internship--
I was unlearned, out of the loop, I felt so ...dumb...
I didn't know anything...

I remember thinking,
dive in! soon you will be looking back and saying what was I scared of??
--How quick we are to be scared, anxious, nervous, to fret, about something just because
you
don't
know.
That's why God says, cast all your burdens on ME, I care for you! (i peter 5:7)
God is ALL knowing.
it means just that- He knows all things, He knows what you are facing today-  and what is around the corner, dark and unknown.
Trust. trust GOD, that means place all your anxieties on Him, your plans on Him.
trusting that He will bring to past what is the best for you. (romans 8:28)

And we know that for those who
 love God all things work
 together for good, for those
who are called according to his purpose.

Allowing GOD to put on His shoulders, what belongs on His shoulders,
allows us to be free.
Free to enjoy the blessings of today that GOD has graciously poured on us.

--look at it this way---->  Not trusting God is sin.
I have touched on this earlier in another post,
being anxious is not trusting GOD, not trusting God is saying,
His way is not good.

..ponder that for the day-

For those that do not know... this is the beautiful CANADIAN flag!

Fall hitting-- tipping the leaves with beautiful shades of red and orange.

"for everything
 there is a season,
and a time for
every matter under
heaven:"
ecclesiastes 3:1

Homemade pumpkin spice latte! Delectable! (my favorite word)
Shared with friends makes the flavors even more powerful...

de·lec·ta·ble
diˈlektəbəl/
adjective
adjective: delectable
  1. 1.
    (of food or drink) delicious.
    "delectable handmade chocolates"
synonyms: delicious, mouthwatering, appetizing, flavorful, toothsome, palatable...

------>My room mate, we coordinated- trust me, we didn't plan it, okay!

Lord, where ever my path winds, take me there. I completely trust You;
to take what I have committed to You,
(may that be my whole being)
that You will create my way into something gorgeous, extravagant, something beyond my imagination!
I trust, let Your will be done.
I thank You for those around me who's path have crossed mine-
Amen.

DAY TWO__ in the office

So- my mom promptly asked after I had finished my first day in the office,
"did you take a photo??"
...I--- umm, tomorrow- = )
Day two went just as fast as day one!
You know how you sit down in front of your computer and you tell yourself,
"I am only going to be on here for 15 minutes!"
..two hours later you are still on it.
Well- that's me! = ) but it's a in a good way!

MINISTRY ONE:
Our first ministry that we have coming up is called "Canvassing" and that is this Saturday!
It's an Open Air Evangelism opportunity for the students, where they go door-to-door sharing the gospel, filling out a survey that ask questions like "What do you think about God?".

I have been printing out maps, surveys, etc...
I have really been enjoying the opportunity that God has given me!
It kills me sometimes when I have to sit in front of the computer when the weather outside is so gorgeous! From spending all my afternoons outside working, raking, shoveling, and being super active to sitting inside doing just that.. sitting... it is quite a shock...
= )

I just want to thank you for following my blog, that shows you care = )
And for those that have supported me financially, thank you!
And thank you for praying- prayer works!!
I ask that you continue to pray..
*for my ministry-
*..and you can also pray for the students as they go out this Saturday to share the Gospel. That God will be honored and glorified! = )
*Pray for open doors and open mouths-

Evan, trying to look like he is busy.. he was intently staring at the screen... =)

 Lexi, making them phone calls!!
